Purchase Requisition
SALISBURY, MD – June 1, 2003. MainStreet Software Corporation, a provider of
software solutions for local governments, has announced the release of MainStreetTM Purchase Requisition, an additional component of its
Financial suite of applications.
MainStreetTM Purchase Requisition allows
users in departments and remote locations to enter purchase requisitions for
approval while enforcing your budget rules. The requisitions can be
electronically routed and when approved, Purchase Orders can be created.
The system provides expenditure control by allowing you to
configure each department and user's expenditure accounts and limits.
You can also set over budget messaging for each user as well. Users can
be optionally notified by email when approvals are needed or requisitions have
been approved.
