July 1, 2007 MainStreet Software Corporation Acquired by Harris Computer Systems We are excited to announce that MainStreet Software has been acquired by Harris Computer Systems. Harris’s resources, experience, and business partnerships combined with MainStreet's industry knowledge, and customer relationships will increase both the level of service and stability of MainStreet's partnership with you. Harris is a leading provider of mission critical software for municipal governments with over 550 employees and 4,000 customers throughout North America. The company has been in business since 1976, with a focus on creating long-term relationships with customers and ensuring that it consistently meets their changing needs over time. MainStreet will become part of the Spectrum division of Harris, while retaining the same staff with whom you have built a relationship over the past 10 years. It is important to stress our commitment to a business as usual mindset. To underscore our commitment to the aforementioned, the MainStreet office will remain “as is” in Salisbury, MD with the same contact numbers and with the same staff you have worked with for many years.
