The MainStreetTM ACH
Direct Deposit module provides an interface for MainStreetTM
Payroll. Use this application to transfer amounts employees have instructed
you to deposit at their bank.
This product includes the following features:

Create Pre Note File This function creates a pre
note file that can be communicated to your bank. The bank will use this
file to verify new employees have valid account information set up in your
system.

Direct Deposit Journal This function provides an
audit trail of the direct deposit amounts to be forwarded to the bank.

Create Direct Deposit File Post Checks
automatically creates an ACH Direct deposit file.
You will
need to purchase and use another communication product (such as ProComm, Blast,
etc) to transfer the ACH ASCII File. Often the bank will supply such a tool.
The MainStreetTM
ACH Direct Deposit
module includes the
software development completed to date and any necessary time to develop any
changes necessary to conform to your bank’s implementation of the ACH
specifications.
