Control
MainStreetTM
Position Control facilitates every aspect of maintaining and controlling
positions. Position information is maintained for each department with the
capability to report authorized, filled and vacant positions. A position table
indicates the type of position, user-defined position titles, position number,
and unlimited pay step ranges.
Complete
budgeting preparation and control capabilities make managing budgeted personnel
cost easy. At the Beginning of the year Budget amounts can be defaulted based
on a variety of options. Change the Budget Hours and the Annual Budget Amount
automatically recalculates. Position information can be changed and updated for
a year without changing the current active file.

an unlimited number of Job Titles in your organization. For each Title,
maintain information such as Job Description, and Qualifications

Position Control’s Budget facility allows for budget information to be viewed
at the Position, Title and Departmental levels for effective management and
updating throughout the year

Information is maintained by position for easy updating of employee
information upon completion of Personnel Actions such as hiring and
transferring of employees

Automatically calculate budget amounts and prorating salary based on step
changes schedule for the coming year

Automatically calculate payroll taxes to budget on budget wages

Personnel Action, Payroll and Applicant Tracking Modules expedites the
maintenance and processing of information upon hiring, transferring or
terminating employees.
