MainStreetTM Personnel Actions is designed to efficiently administer, track and process changes to employees, earnings, benefits and positions.  Functioning as the doorway through which all changes are made for employees, Personnel Actions provides a secure pathway for tracking and maintaining employee information.

Integration of MainStreetTM Personnel Actions with MainStreetTM Payroll, Benefits, Position Control and Earnings Management saves you time by automatically updating employee and benefit calculation files as entries and changes are approved and complete.  MainStreetTM Personnel Actions is the hub from which information dissemination occurs in MainStreet. Personnel Actions are used to request changes to personnel information, obtain approvals from management personnel, update employee information, manage information distribution and track employee history all from one centralized location.

  • A Daily Alert Inquiry for HR personnel detects and provides notice of what would be loose ends without action.  Accessed from one easy screen, Alerts are categorized for quick and efficient review and processing.  Human Resource managers will enjoy comprehensive set-up and maintenance to easily select routing, maintain frequency and enable/disable Alerts customized to their particular needs. 
  • Alerts facilitate smoother, more efficient information management through up-to-date requirements being gathered and disseminated in one easy step
