of MainStreetTM Personnel Actions with MainStreetTM
Payroll, Benefits, Position Control and Earnings Management saves you time by
automatically updating employee and benefit calculation files as entries and
changes are approved and complete. MainStreetTM Personnel Actions is
the hub from which information dissemination occurs in MainStreet. Personnel
Actions are used to request changes to personnel information, obtain approvals
from management personnel, update employee information, manage information
distribution and track employee history all from one centralized location.
