Performance Evaluations

MainStreetTM Performance Evaluations assist HR staff in employee reviews.  Due dates are automatically assigned based on frequency parameters assigned to positions and job titles.  Standard evaluation forms are assigned to titles and positions for consistency in monitoring job performance. 

 

Complete Employee Personnel Action and Event history is available on line for analysis during the reviewer’s evaluation. 

 

As reviewers assign ratings to each evaluation line, a composite score total and average is automatically calculated.

  • The evaluation form includes unlimited lines.  For each evaluation line you can enter a rating and unlimited notes
  • Ratings entered on each line are used to maintain a composite Score and Average
  • Evaluations are integrated and effected using Personnel Actions for complete Routing and Approval facilities
  • Creating new Performance Evaluation Forms is made easy by copying existing forms or categories of lines
  • Personnel Actions can be automatically be created for all Evaluations Due at any time using the Create Performance Evaluation function
  • Next Evaluation Dates are automatically calculated and updated based on frequencies assigned to the Position
  • Validation of ratings entered requires entry fall within a scale you have assigned the evaluation
  • Access Performance Evaluation history using Employee Inquiries
  • Print Evaluations and use to deliver to employees for their review and as a reviewers aid
  • In addition to notes assigned to lines, you can enter unlimited notes for an evaluation which are often used to provide an overall evaluation and establish goals for improvement.
