Evaluations
MainStreetTM
Performance Evaluations assist HR staff in employee reviews. Due dates are
automatically assigned based on frequency parameters assigned to positions and
job titles. Standard evaluation forms are assigned to titles and positions for
consistency in monitoring job performance.
Complete
Employee Personnel Action and Event history is available on line for analysis
during the reviewer’s evaluation.
As reviewers
assign ratings to each evaluation line, a composite score total and average is
automatically calculated.

enter a rating and unlimited notes

Ratings entered on each line are used to maintain a composite Score and

Creating new Performance Evaluation Forms is made easy by copying existing
forms or categories of lines

Personnel Actions can be automatically be created for all Evaluations Due at
any time using the Create Performance Evaluation function
