Earnings Management

MainStreetTM Earnings Management is a comprehensive tool that allows you to manage earnings.  Grade/Step tables can be maintained to drive step increases and control rates.  Personnel Actions for Step Increases Due can automatically be generated. 

Global Employee Rate change tools are also available to adjust earnings by a flat amount or percentage for such events a COLA increases.  You also can make global changes to employee rates to adjust to current grade/step rates after changes have been made to grade step tables.

Retro Pay administration is easy when you employ the Retro Pay Journal to automatically calculate retro pay .  The Build Retro Transactions function automatically creates payroll checks with the retro pay.
