Applicant
Tracking
MainStreetTM Applicant Tracking can assist HR staff in the
recruitment and selection of qualified individuals, the processing of all
employment applications and scheduling and conducting applicant interviews.
Establish
the qualifications you wish to use to evaluate applicants for a Job Title. Then
adjust the qualifications for a Position or Job Requisition as needed. As you
record applicant qualifications, a composite score is automatically maintained
for each applicant. Several Ranking Categories can be used to view Applicants
by rank. Track experience levels, job history, skills, education, and more.
You can also maintain and distribute standard letters to applicants. A complete
applicant history is retained for hired, and rejected candidates.
Benefits
-
Justifies your hiring selections with composite scores and other data
tracking
- Find
applicants best suited for a position based on applicants education,
experience, and skills
- More
efficiently process applicant letters with automatic letter generation
Features
- By
entering applicant information and storing specific interview questions,
qualifications, and conditions, MainStreetTM- Applicant Tracking helps you
organize, select and compare Applicants for selected Positions.
-
Integration with Position Control, Personnel Action and Payroll eliminates
double entry of Position and Employee information when hiring or transferring
employees via Applicant Tracking.
-
Qualifications assigned to Job Titles are defaulted when a new position is
added. Qualifications for a Position allow for comprehensive grading of
applicants that results in comparative composite score. These scores are used
in the decision making process when reviewing applicants.
-
Customized interview questions assigned to a Job Title and Position can be
used for consistent interview information to be acquired from applicants.
-
Applicant information is transferred upon hiring, creating an Employee and a
Personal Action to hire the new Employee to the Position being filled. This
feature expedites the employee entry and hiring into one simple step.
-
Applicant files are retained for future use and assigned a status according to
any action taken upon the applicant.
- An
Applicant Search facility allows in-depth search parameters to be entered to
find qualifying applicants according to a vast set of selection items and
qualifications when a position needs to be filled.
- A
Media Analysis Report provides statistics important in evaluating the
effectiveness of media sources of job recruitment advertisements.
-
Conditions of employment can be assigned to a Job Title. These conditions
automatically default to any Job Requisition assigned the Job Title.
Conditions are then automatically monitored until fully met by the hired
applicant. An alert in the Personnel Action application advises the HR staff
of any overdue conditions.
